ST. DEMETRIOS Greek Orthodox Church
General Assembly Meeting
December 6, 2020
To all St. Demetrios Members participating in the December 6, 2020 General Assembly,
Thank you for attending our first virtual General Assembly. We estimated 51 persons attended which allowed for a quorum. We are in the process of validating those attending and voting were members in good standing.
The following documents are provided for your information and review:
- The power point used for the meeting (stewardship and budget slides are in the power point).
- The 2021 proposed budget (which was accepted assuming stewards are verified).
- Parish Bylaws draft with revisions.
As indicated in our meeting, we will leave nominations for Parish Council open until the end of this week. At that time we will mail all Members in good standing the ballot.
There was a question related to income from our rental properties and we are clarifying and will communicate the outcome once we have the information.
Please feel free to contact Fr Photios or Parish Council President, Barbara Trehearne, for any questions or additional information.
Again thank you for your participation and support.
Barbara Trehearne and Fr. Photios
